The book | Koku is an adorable tanuki, a raccoon dog from Japanese folklore that embodies the ever-changing spirit of nature. This story helps children recognize their worries and understand that they don’t have to push them away. By learning to use their bodies, their breathing, and their thoughts together, just as Koku does, children can take small steps towards developing a lasting sense of self-confidence.
A story that uses therapeutic techniques to help children process their emotions and learn how to cope with them.
