T A S S I M The story of a different journey
Illustrated by Elisa Vavouri

The book
| The story of Tassim is an invaluable journey for children who learn at their own pace and reach their destination with courage, determination, patience and perseverance.

This book is written to help parents and teachers to support children with learning difficulties. It is also aimed at students who progress slowly, to help them comprehend why things are more demanding and sometimes are getting lost on the path of learning.

The author | Victoria de Borbón Dos Sicilias was born and raised in Spain. She studied Landscape Architecture at the Castillo de Batres School from1995 to 1998. Following the completion of her studies, she worked at the landscaping studio of Maria Medina. Later on, she was employed at the Nuvis Landscaping Company in California. Having gathered experience in landscape design, she founded her own studio in October 2002, where various projects, private as well as public, were carried out in Spain and abroad. Collaboration with the City Council of Madrid in its landscaped gardens was one of her most important projects. Although the style of her landscaping varied according to the client’s needs and environment, she always tried to ensure that the garden’s spirit would be respected. Following her marriage in September 2003 and her settlement in Greece, she continued practicing landscape design. At the same time, she developed her talent in painting, particularly aquarelle. In 2022, as a further expression of her creativity and love of fine arts, she founded the VB company, designing and producing with care bespoke, hand painted porcelain.
