The author | Eleni Tsaldiri studied painting at the Academy of Fine Arts of Venice, in the historical workshop of the Futurist Emilio Vedova. Her studies continued at the 2nd Engraving Workshop of ASFA in Athens and at the Graphic Arts Workshop "The Art of the Book". Her constant search for writing in relation to the illustration of books aimed at children lead her, in 2008, to England, at the Cambridge School of Arts, as part of a postgraduate program, with the help of the Greek State Scholarship Foundation. Since 1997 she has been working as an art teacher in primary education and in creative workshops. Since 2010 she has been present in the writing field as a creator of visual series and books for children.

The author | Konstantina Armeniakou studied Pre-primary Education and holds a master’s degree on Linguistics. She works as a teacher and she is a member of the European network of Teachers for Europe and the European action eTwinning and has been awarded by the Ministry of Education of Greece within the framework of the Institution of Excellence and Innovative Practices.

Renia Metallinou  was born and brought up in Corfu. She studied graphic arts and worked for a variety of magazines and newspapers. She has participated in many local and foreign exhibitions. Since 2015 she has been exclusively involved in illustration for children’s books in Greece and abroad. She is a member of IBBY and was selected for the World Illustration awards for children in 2017.

The author | Maria Andrikopoulou was born in Athens and for many years has held administrative posts in tertiary education. She read classical literature at university and holds a postgraduate degree in cultural policy, administration and communications. She is a member of the Women’s Literary Society. She has had articles on ancient drama published in «Topos Epikoinos» the periodical of the Panteios University’s Centre for Drama and Spectacle. «Myths Set to Music» is her fiſt h book for children, joining «The Birthday Party» (2008), «The Little Blue Fish»(2008), «Paschali’s Easter» (2010) and «An Easter Love Story» (2010) already in circulation. Since 1995 she has been professionally illustrating children’s books. In 2005 and 2010 she was nominated for the Greek national award for illustration. She has taken part in exhibitions in Greece and abroad. She lives and works in Neuss, Germany.

Giota Kokkosi studied Graphic Design at the Vakalo School of Art and Design and attended a children’s book illustration seminar at the National Book Center of Greece. She began illustrating children’s books in 2016 and has since collaborated with many publishing houses in Greece.

She studied Fine Arts in Great Britain at the Kent Institute of Art & Design and Kingston University, creating her first interactive works and illustrations there. After returning to Greece, she graduated from the Akto School of Visual Arts, where she worked on installations and painting before devoting herself to illustration. She is also the founder of the eco- brand Little Rocks, which specializes in applied art in clothing and creative upcycling.
